You must stay level 1 as an orc, but get acrobatics to 100 (it must be all skill, no magic or equips) and stay un-armed at all times after leaving sewer.
Go to Imperial City, jump out of city and run or walk to Cheydinhall. You probably need paintbrushes to make a stair case and jump over the wall, and then staircase up to the top of castle.
You will find a whopper the size of silver dagger (trust me I checked) and also a note saying have it your way.
