Go to the "Lord Drad" estate, that is north of Anvil and west of Kivatch, then find a location named "Mine" something...

Then around there should be a farm looking place, followed with a big house, go into the house and inside should be two "dark elves" - Lady and Lord Drad.

If you hit these people, they should start to run away, but after you have knocked them out, they should just follow you and shout stuff like "guards guards" or "we dont need to get violent now".

When they start following you, (its faster when both are) you can just hit them with any skill and each time they get knocked out, you should get skill EXP.

Note: the higher the difficulty the more EXP you will get. For example, on the highest difficulty, I get about 2/3 of a level for a skill on just one, and takes about 10 seceonds to knock one out, then do the other one, and I have leveled.
