Make sure you are the Grand Champion of the Arena and you have the adoring fan with you.
Go down into the arena and crouch in the corner so no one can see.
Then just keep pickpocketing the adoring fan by pressing A B A B A B A B, it doesn't matter if you steal his gold and you won't get a bounty or attacked.
