1. Get a horse (Prior Maborels will do - get it by talking to him after Jauffre).


2. Go to Kvatch and get on the horse, then talk to the orc trader. She will buy your equipped weapon but not armor so only sell weapons.


3. Get as much money as you want (I got 85k in 25-30 mins).

4. Go to the Imperial City market and buy apotheosis from Rindirs Staffs.

5. Either use apotheosis to kill Umbra at Vindasel, south west of Imperial City and get the sword and armor, kill some guards and get some armor and money, or complete the mages guild questline; and then depending on which one you choose you can enchant items and kill enemies easily.
