To make this cheat work you must have some kind of ring or amulet and access to an enchantment alter. First you must enchant the ring with the skill that you want to improve, then you must duplicate that ring so there are two of them. Then equip one of them. Then drop the unequipped one. Both rings should drop and you shouldn't be wearing either of the rings but if you look on your active effects the enchantment of the ring is still there. So you can keep on doing this and get your speed up to 400 or something
