To get free and weightless bound weapons (which look daedric, but are more powerful), go to the market district of the Imperial City and purchase the bound dagger spell and bound whatever-weapon-you-want.
Note that different bound weapons need more skill in conjouration to cast, for example, the bound war axe needs a skill of at least 25 to cast, but the bound sword needs a skill of at least 75, which isn't bad considering its one of the most powerful weapons in the game.
Anyway, go to the Praxographical Centre in the Arcane University (you'll need to be an apprentice in the mages at very least to get in) and make a spell which summons bound dagger for 1 second and bound whatever, also for 1 second.
Cast it, and as soon as you hear the weapons equiping, go to the weapons menu and drop the bound weapon thats not equiped and you can keep it forever. You can even enchant it.
