First you go to the Nibbin and to the right are 3 rivers.

Swim down the middle one, bring plenty of hammers (dupe cheat) and 1 blade and 1 blunt weapon, make them daggers so you can attck faster.

While swimming down the river towards the end you will find a dragons shrine with all the followers knocked out, but they can not die!

So just keep attacking the followers and you will level with no bounty!
