When you go to Umbrage house in Vindasel there will be four large stone posts going to the roof.
One of them will be broken and you can use the paintbrush glitch (on this site) to get up there and just shoot arrows or fire at her until she dies.
Or just get Apotheosis from Rindir's Staffs in the Imperial City.
