You know the mission where you have to kill a guy in Bruma by losing the head thing (so it falls on him)?

Well, after you have done that wait a day and another guy will be there. While he is at the house, go into that bit where the end of the head was in, and close the door.

Then go into sneak mode and just keep on doing this until you are at your desired level.
