To get full daedric, ebony, or orc armor without using any magic at all, you must first have a character that uses heavy armor, not light. Also he or she must be a tleast level 20 with 53 or higher luck. But using the way I'm about to tell you will make it a lot easier.

First, activate the "Whom gods annoy" quest in Leyawin, at Rossentia Gallanus's house. Once you get the Staff of the Everscamp, don't go to Darkfathom cave. Keep it and summon the scamps. When you have 4 scamps, put your weapon away and go on a killing frenzy on them. The guards won't come to you when you kill them. But be careful of the citizens when they come near you.

Finally, here is the cheat. Once you are level 20 or higher,and have a 53 or higher luck, you must now find the Roxey Inn. It is directly north of the Imperial prison, across the water, on the pathway. Once you are there, there should be a horse. If you want, attack and kill it. There might be someone outside, on the chairs. If there is, don't bother with them. Go inside the inn.

Now, you are looking for someone named Rigmor. She will not respawn, so only kill her when she has the armor you want. There are other people in here with glass or elven armor and some good weapons. Anyway, kill Rigmor and everyone else. Take all the weapons and armor that you want. But there is an Imperial legion too. Just kill him and there you go.

You now have either full daedric (I have this), ebony, elven, orc, or glass armor... and some good weapons.
