Go to the Inn of Ill Omen.
Head northeast until you reach a landmark called 'Hernatiers Grove'. There will be a unicorn protected by Minotaurs.
Just head for the unicorn and ride off.
If you kill the minotaurs, the unicorn will fight for them.
Fast Travel anywhere and it will follow you or be stabled outside the city gate.
