This cheat/glitch can be hard to pull off and requires practice. But it is a lot of fun :). First, you have to have restoration skill of 50 at the least. You also must have access to spell making in the Arcane University. Go to the spell making alter and make a spell that does the following:

-Fire Damage 3 pts for 1 sec on touch
-Fortify magicka 100 pts for 3 sec on self
-Fortify Acrobatics 100 pts for 3 sec on self
-Weakness to magic 100 pts for 3 sec on self

Create the spell and make sure you have a few magicka potions to get through the first few times you cast the spell.

Go outside and hold down Block/Parry button (L trigger) and cast your new spell over and over. Blocking makes your casting go faster. After a good amount of casts (I do usually around 70-80 casts) you should have a lot of magicka and a skill in acrobatics that is in the thousands. Now jump... BUT DON'T STOP CASTING. Keep casting throughout your jump. Enjoy.
