At the tutorial, before you do this make sure you kill the rats and the ghoul to get the ingredients/food and then go to where you learn how to create potions by using the Alchemy skill.

Now if you know how to do the duplication glitch, then this shouldn't be to hard on you (if you don't then go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGEQ16-Ezx0 then this should help).

Then duplicate the ingredients/food that you want and then make your potion and also do this for your potions!

This will also help you survive, by fighting off the assassins, if want to increase your combat/magic skills.
