If you want to get some easy levels than go to any place that has horses, and make sure you have enough chameleon or invisibility so that the horses can't see you.

Then put the difficulty at it's highest and keep attacking the horses with whatever attack you want to get up.

The reason you need the camo is so that when you go to attack them they don't fight back and so you don't get caught by any one else.
