On the map Terminal there is a plane. You will need 2 players. One player will need a tactical knife on a pistol. The other player needs any class. You might need to put commando pro on for this or if in private match put max health.

Go to the the orange thing leading onto the plane and the person with the pistol-tactical knife has to stand on the right side of the orange inflatable thing and the other one crouch next to the seat facing the window where the person with the tactical knife person is.

The person with the tactical knife has to hip fire but don't shoot them. Put your crosshairs on the person crouching next to the seat facing you and press the knife button(right analog stick) and try a few times because it may not work the first time and you will be on the plane.
