Go on Special Ops then choose Hidden.

Choose any weapon off the floor, then kill the first few people.

When there are snipers in the field kill them and run back where all the cars are.

Jump on the green car then sprint and jump onto the container and jump into the bushes.

Voila - you're out the map. The map you are actually is in from Modern Warfare 1 (the one with McMillan).
