Here are a few dregs, only the first is really useful.

1. Go inside the house and up the stairs, make a right onto the loft. Get on the railing behind the couch there. Face the front of the house and get as far to the left as you can. Run/jump to a small ledge in front of the 4 small windows. You may need an smg/sniper and lightweight. You can snipe out of those 4 windows and people coming into the house won't expect you to be up there.

2. From that couch/ledge, jump to the right side to a thin ledge over the kitchen entrance. This is a terrible spot.

3. Another bad spot; get upstairs in the back of the house, get in the window above the doorway that faces the greenhouse. Drop onto the doorframe from above. This, like the last post is only good for 1 lulz kill before you move on.

4. Go to the building by the transformers. Go up the ladder by the tan SUVs. Walk across the roof and fall off and head straight to the white rock face there. Get to the rightmost section, you have boards on your right, white rocks in front of you. Look up and keep jumping at that corner. You should get on the top lip of those rocks after a few tries. Walk the edge to the left about 10 feet and squat. You should be hard to see against the fence. Nobody will expect you there as they round the corner. You can shoot anyone on the building by the transformers and you can sort of see into the boathouse area for sniping. This is only good for a kill or two before you will get revenge-killed.
