In front of the building used to get onto the crane, if you just simply step off the building but hug the wall you will fall 2-3 stories below the game playing field onto a ledge.

There are several scafoldings to climb on and vantage points to snipe or fire rockets grenades etc.

This tiny ledge runs the perimeter of the entire map, again about 2-3 stories below the playing field.
