On highrise multiplayer map go to the building closest to the crane, outside you will see a ladder, climb it.

When on top jump on the yellow wood object and get on the crane.

From here run right and jump on a small ledge and climb to the little window cleaning cart.

Then jump on the next ledge and climb through the little cubby hole.

Now you can snipe out the windows or shoot the people in the room below you.
