Then on the side with the building with the huge office with all the desks, go outside and turn left, you'll find a ledge broken down.

Run and jump, then in the middle of your jump take off the analog stick. Climb to the top using the ledges and make sure no one spots you!

Then you'll come to another ledge, climb to the top, place a tac and have fun!
