Climb the ladder that takes you to the place with the tower thing (with the blue tops) and look to you left.
Get on that building. There will be a green thing to the attached building.
Jump on it and then jump in the balcony.
Then jump into the abandoned room that you can see.
This is a great spot to camp out at.
