cheat:

Get in cage match with one of your friends and have a shield with you.

Get your friend to kill you til they get a sentry gun, call it in, set it down in front of you and crouch with your shield pointed at the sentry gun.

You will get a couple of chalenges and a lot of XP in about 10 seconds.
