First of all use 2 people, then charge to the house and find the weapon room (room with guns on wall).
I suggest the person not as well at sniping looks for and grabs the WA2000 thermal scoped sniper.
Slowly head up stairs and flash the up stairs, kill them, and go to the top floor.
Go to left and find the room with the ak-47's. Snipe there, now Juggernaut.
You can tell when the Juggernaut comes because deep-toned music starts to play. When that plays, wait by the door - one person on each side.
When Juggernaut enters, randomly no-scope towards the head with your sniper. This might sounds crazy, but since snipers are strong and the Juggernaut becomes slowed and after you keep firing, he dies very quickly.
When there arent many people left, you can wait in the room for them to find you, try to snipe them, or search.
