On Highrise, go to the crane and go all the way down the crane so you see the windows on the red building. Then jump onto the first window.
Then you strafe around the window to get to the second window.
Repeat the process until you get to the 9th or 10th window. It shouldn't let you get any farther.
No one will be able to get to you!
