When you respawn break the two windows on the right of the building, then you will head out and you will see huge letters.

Then you go to the small building with a ladder and you climb up it and on your left you will see a big long yellow plank heading out of Highrise.

Jump and land on it and you walk ahead and a even longer plank is there. Walk across it and there you have it.
