Go to the front door of the building in the middle of Estate, go inside and up the stairs, keep moving forward until you are touching the bannister in the room at the top of the stairs.

Press A and climb on the bannister, look left and there should be a big wooden pole. Look to the right and there will be a wooden pole going horizontally.

Run and jump towards it and keep tapping A and you will climb the wooden pole.
