Use a class with Tactical Insertion and One Man Army and a class with Scavenger and the equipment of your choice.

Using OMA class, drop TI, switch to Scavenger class, use equipment, pick up TI, drop TI.

Now, when you Scavenge you will see 2 TIs in your equipment slot. As soon as you use one, it will actually be whatever equipment your Scavenger class has equipped and the inventory icons will change to show 2 of that equipment (as you are using the first). Then, your 1 remaining equipment will look like your Scavenger class equipment, but will always be a TI when you try to use it.

These 'extra' TI's don't seem to work, so this is mostly an amusing visual glitch.

So, when you die, you will respawn where the 'real' TI was dropped and these later TI's do nothing. This is different than normal, normally the newest TI overrides the older TI's.
