On High Rise, go to the small elevator building and go up the ladder, and turn to your left and you will see crane held boards, you need to sprint and jump onto these.

Then wait for your sprint to recharge and go halfway and run again and jump onto the boards in front of you (you will need to mash the A button a few tines for this to work).

Turn right and go on the mini-porch and sprint-jump and go through the window.
