Works on any game mode.
While you're playing on the map Nuketown, go find the house with blue curtains.
There should be a 4 sectioned window that is close to the door.
Shoot all 4 sections so the window looks cracked.
Then knife all 4 sections and you'll hear a whole bunch of glass breaking out of nowhere for a few seconds.
