When you turn the power on and link the teleporter, go to the pack a punch room and when you leave the room it takes you to diffrent rooms. There should be some reels in the room.

Pick them up by holding X then you link the teleporter again and teleport.

There should be a movie projecter - walk over to the side of the projecter and hold X. A movie should then turn on.
