When you are in the theatre room, there's a turrent and on the sides (look to left or right) you'll see 2 pairs of 3 wooden bars laying there.

Go up to one of the wooden bars and go to the (closest) to turrent but don't fall. Then crouch on the wooden bar you're on.

Make sure you're as close to the stage as possible or the dogs can hit you. Get the Closest you can to stage and the closest that you can to the side of the wooden bar (on it) but don't fall.

If you do this correctly the dogs will stand in one spot and they won't come after you at all.
