Go to Array and then go to the big broken sattelite.
Next to it is a big crane truck. Go on the right side of it and you will find a little ladder.
Climb on it and turn to the right and you will see an end.
Go there and lay down and wait for people to come. Don't stand or crouch though because the spetsnaz' will see you.
