This isn't really a cheat, but go to multiplayer match and select the map Nuke Town.
Make sure your secondary weapon is a ballistic knife and go to one of the cars.
Look through the windshield and aim at the little rectangle on the seat.
Then shoot the knife at the rectangle and the knife will float.
