What you need to do is make your way to the power switch and turn it on, link the teleporter and then dolphin dive/sprint and press B.

Just before you land on the floor press X and then you will teleport in mid-air and there you go!

You will stay in but I warn you it's good to have good guns and a lot of points.

Also, you cannot escape from that room so you could go on for a while!
