Cheat:
After you follow Reznov into the lab and drop down into the elevator, he will run to the right and hide at that wall for cover.

If you run over to him you will see a cart with crates stacked on a dolly (I think).

Climb onto the crates and when your at the top, look at the wall. Jump towards the wall while hitting crouch and you will attach to the wall.

You can then walk along the wall and the ceiling. Enemies can still shoot at you and you can't go very far because of a barrier up ahead., but a glitch is a glitch.

P.S. this may take a couple of tries but it still works (if Treyarc doesn't patch it).
