When playing Kino go upstairs to the MP40 room and buy the stakeout.

When you find the box you must have the stakeout and M1911. When you first get to the box have your stakeout out. Change to your pistol and crouch after the box opens, then shoot the lock on the box with a full clip of pistol ammo and reload before the box stops cycling.

You should have a ray, thunder or really powerful weapon floating waiting for you.
