First of all you have to do this on Nuketown.

Next, make a private match and make all your killstreaks sentry guns.

Then you're going to get ALOT of sentry guns. Place them at every possible respawn spot so you can't respawn or you'll spawn die.

Since the area is covered, your character is forced to respawn on top of one of the houses, under the map, or out of the map.
