First go to Kino der Toten. Then look on the podium with papers on it.
Look for a blood stain on the podium. It looks like a Grim Reaper.
Also if you go up the left hand stairs barrier and you look to the left side there will be some pictures with no faces. Those are the blood stain people.
P.S. you can find Reaepers all over the map.
