Pick Black Ops Team, go upstairs in yellow house, drop Tactical Insertion on top of bunkbeds (harder for grenades to destroy it).

Get behind the bed and watch between the 2 posts of the bed at the door to the back of the house and the top of the stairs. You can see/shoot through them, but the bots can't see between the posts and so won't shoot you. The open section between the posts is opaque to them.

Also note that the posts spit out feathers like the zombie teddy bear does when shot.
