You need a flak jacket, a tactical insurgent and a RPG.

Get on the little bush and put your tactical insurgent in the middle of the bush.

Then use your RPG and aim at the fence.

Jump back at the same time you shoot at the fence in the middle.

With any luck, you'll land on top of the yellow house! Don't get in the chimney though or you will get stuck.
