When you open either side of the starting area in Shangri-La, 3 sets of 3 spikes will shoot up as you run through the opening. They are relatively harmless, but can trap teammates behind you at these points. Each row of 3 spikes will pop up 3 times before resetting.

To get past them unscathed, simply dolphin dive over them and they won't trigger. If everyone on your team does this, nobody will get caught.
