First, go any direction that you want to, Trench Gun way or Thompson way.

Turn on the power if you want to. When its dogs, go by the FG42 on the wall.

Run in the corner and crouch. When a dog comes to you, he will be trying to bite you, but he wont you can just shoot him.

Sometimes if another dog comes, he will hit you. Be careful.

When a dog comes by the Double Barreled, just shoot it, otherwise, sit in the glitch.
