Helmet means Good Box Gun
cheat:

Open the help door and there will be a helmet to the right of the mystery box.

Shoot the helmet, then open the box right away.

You should get either the flamethrower, ray gun, browning, deployable mg42, 357 magnum, trench or double barrel.

Note: this works best if you shoot the helmet with a shotgun.
