When your playing Nazi Zombies on Zombie Swamp go to the communications room.
Inside you should find a telephone that is ringing.
Walk up to the phone and press X while looking at it.
You should have unlocked an achievement called Dead Air.
After that you will hear the game over music from the Zombie Asylum.
