Cheat:
Shoot the two men on the right with a single bullet through both of the men's heads.

Next shoot the two men in the middle with a single bullet through the head of the crouching man (this should also pass through the standing man behind him).

Next kill the two men on the left with separate bullets.

After this the final man and his attack dog appear.

Do not shoot them and do not reload.

Crouch in cover where you have a view of the road. Wait until the dog attacks you and knife it.

After the dog is dead you can pop your head out of cover and kill the final man with your remaining bullet.

This method works most effectively on the easier difficulty settings as the final man will try and shoot you whilst you knife the dog.
