As you are on Makin, look on your map for a circle building connected to like a wooden path and look for a bucket on the floor next to a tiny, turned over table.

Then walk on the bucket, at the right of the bucket should be a wooden wall with a piece of rope on it.

Run and jump so your on the wall, then jump once more so your directly on top of the wall.

Then walk along it and jump in the triangle roof thing - you're at the spot!
