This glitch best works in Doctors Quarters and Fishing Hut.
First you open the mystery box. Then wait for the gun to come up.
Buy the perk and while your drinking the perk get the gun at the same time.
If done correctly, you will get 3 guns.
You can also do it in the comm room or storage, but the perk is too far from the box.
