In Nazi Zombies on Nacht der Untoten, when in the room you start off in, there are stairs.

Go to the really top of the stairs to the far left when you are right up against the wall there's a fire at the one spot.

Run right up against the wall and about half way to the begining of the fire press a keep trying this till you are on the pillar/balcony.

Note: zombies can still get you up there and you can't move, you can look and shoot just not walk/run.
