Make sure you are with a friend and one of you have bouncing betties and satchel charges.

Throw the bouncing betties down first and then the satchel charges, then the host goes onto the right bar and crouches and falls off.

2 seconds after the second player does it, but goes onto the left bar and crouches and jump off and you both survive.

Note: make sure you're not on the same team.
