Stand in front of the M14, then go to the 2 windows on the right.
Go to the window furthest to the right, wait for a zombie to break down the barrier.
Kill the zombie then go to the sandbags and if you get in the right place jump and then you should be on the sandbags.
Then just go forward and enjoy!
